These 'cookies' were one of my favorite things when I went to new zealand. One of these with a 'flat white' and my day was complete!

Wonderful - I haven't had Afghan biscuits since I was a kid and this recipe did not dissappoint - exactly how I remembered them and what a pleasure to cook them and introduce them to my kids! Big Thumbs Up!!

These are fabulous, and so simple to make. I was out of corn flakes, the first time I made them, so I used Corn Chex--now that's all I use. They have a great "crunch".

We Love Afghans!!! I thought there was not enough cornflakes and cocoa (misplaced my recipe) but I made them according to this recipe and found that these are even better! We didn't even need the icing because they were just perfect. My 'old' recipe needed the icing to sweeten it up a little but these are really fab! Thank you very much Norma for a new fav afghan recipe.
