This is a really yummy and filling smoothie, great for a breakfast or lunch on the go. If spiced apple yoghurt is hard to find you can use Sharon123's French Apple Yogurt. Recipe is from Kelloggs
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1⁄2 cup spiced apple yogurt
- 1 apple, peeled, cored & chopped
- 1⁄2 cup all-bran cereal
- Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
Great way to start the day. I used vanilla yogurt that I add cinnamon to.
