    **Mandy**'s Note:

    A sweet & tangy style barbecue sauce from outdoor kitchen, it's not really a thick sauce more a dipping style consistency, if you want it thicker you could add some cornflour. Goes great with sausages.

      Place ingredients into pan and heat over a low flame until slightly thickened.

      Brush over sausages while cooking if desired & serve the rest as an accompaniment.

      This might be a great sauce for the outdoor BBQ, but I find it's also very nice over the top of chicken breasts that baked in the oven! Definitely like the combo of apricot, orange & tomato, & I look forward to having it around during the warm summer months when I can, in fact, do some BBQing! [Made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hit Wonders tag]

      Sweet, smooth, tangy, with just a little zip from the Tabasco sauce. Very tasty! Made for Oz swap 19.
