Made these today for my family, and they were gone within ten minutes!!. (To some i added sesame seeds on top, and also some mixed herbs to the mixture, just a personal preference) and though i didnt cook my meat first i did have to cook them for 35 minutes, so they were cooked through.
We LOVE this recipe so a big Thank You **Jubes**

Other than cutting this recipe in half, and substituting BBQ sauce for tomato sauce as listed these went over like gangbusters. Love the taste too, and like the idea of a wrapped meatloaf. A meal that we all enjoyed. Made for Aussie/NZ Swap 37.

Very easy and very good! The picture doesn't do it justice. It's pretty with the little flecks of carrot in the meat. I didn't cook the meat first. I looked up a bunch of sausage roll recipes, and they don't. It turned out fully cooked.

These were good. My husband especially enjoyed these. It was kinda' like meatloaf in puff pastry. I ate mine with cheddar and sour cream, but my husband liked his plain. I made this for zwt5.

We enjoyed these. Honestly, it is very good as written, but some may find it bland. My fiance suggested BBQ or taco sauce. I also had trouble making this because it doesn't state to cook the meats. But I didn't think 15 min. in the oven would do it- so I cooked them 1st.

thanks for posting this recipe Jubes. On a whim today i bought some sausage mince and decided to search for a recipe to make sausage rolls. What a great and simple recipe! I used store bought breadcrumbs as well, and I also added some grated zucchini just to increase the veggie content. I scoffed 2 as they came out of the oven! Definitely a keeper in our household. Planning to make this for my DS' birthday soon rather than buying the usual frozen sausage rolls! Thanks heaps...

Awesome recipe. I made this today and worked great. I made 10-12 sausage rolls as I put more meat in the roll. I used a medium to large sized onion and you can taste it above all the rest. But great having a taste of home. Mick

We had these as part of Saturday brunch. I did use store bought breadcrumbs, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly as written. They were a big hit with my DH and the boys! Thanks **Jubes** for sharing!
