This is posted for the ZWT 2006. I have not tried this recipe and it is compliments of fooddownunder.com
- 1 fluid ounce banana liqueur
- 1 fluid ounce Cointreau liqueur
- 2 fluid ounces cream
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1⁄2 fluid ounce Baileys Irish Cream
- Blend banana liqueur, cointreau, and cream with ice and 1/2 a banana.
- Float Bailey's.
This is delish, :) lovely smooth flavor of banana and irish cream. I like the addition of the banana, made it nice, rich and thick. Great combination. Thanks for sharing. Cheers ~V
What a shock that I'm the 1st to discover this easy-to-fix taste sensation. I did Step 1, put it in a brandy snifter & then into my freezer for a bit to setup well b4 I floated the Bailey's. Sure hope my DH keeps the liquor cabinet well-stocked for this TDF dessert drink. Thx for posting.
