I loved this! Sweet, refreshing - high in calories, but otherwise healthy. It was lovely. I made this for my friend who just had her wisdom teeth pulled. She said it was a pleasant change from juice all the time. Thanks for this one.

This recipe is too sweet for avocados. I was expecting a savory smoothie. I did not like it.

This tasted really good. I'm not much of a cook (just recently smoked my blender). :) I've been testing out the new one and was glad to stumble across this recipe. It seemed like it would be too heavey/thick for me, so I substituted using skim milk and half&half cream. Used regular sugar and halved all ingredients since I used a small avocado. It was still a little too thick for my taste and I wanted it cold so I added 4 large ice cubes. Came out green cold and frothy. Excellent recipe!

Luciously think, creamy and rich. I had make this to have with our lunch and it was enjoyed by everyone. I would make this delicious smoothie often.

This was one of the creamiest things I have ever tasted, and a beautiful shade of green. Mine was a little bitter, but I think that was the quality of the avocado I used, or the fact that the avocado was small and I had to play with the proportions of the other ingredients. I found it was so rich and filling that even the scaled-down batch I made was more than I could consume at once, but if you want a really big smoothie as a meal, it might be one serving.

I had this for breakfast. I was delicious. Kept me full for hours. I split the recipe into thirds for the whole family. Yes, the fat content is high, but that's ok for an active lifestyle.

My friend loves these, she grew up on these. I think she uses just regular white sugar. Avocado is fatening yes, but look at all the vitamins and protein it has.
