  1. Not much to say about this but YUM! I used only Baileys as that was strong enough for me. I will definately make this again! Made for ZWT4 for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers.

  2. I love Baileys, so knew I would enjoy this drink. I made it using freshly strong brewed coffee, didn't use the optional whiskey, but otherwise followed as written. Have to agree with kiwidutch, no need for the added honey, made it a little too sweet for me. This is definitely a smooth yummy drink. Thanks for sharing. Made for 123 Tag.

  3. I made this one for DH... he says: the whisky SHOULDN'T be optional !! I used a better whisky than JW for the purist: Tullimore Dew and the coffee was a shot of a good strong Dutch brew, so an excellent pick me up after dinner. I did add more whisky than stated ( a double) because a tablespoon is not nearly enough of the good stuff and because our coffee was stronger. The Baileys was a nice addition and all of this worked well together, DH said however that I could easily skip the honey next time, the Baileys makes this sweet enough. Please see my Rating System: 4 yummy stars for an easy to make and one that I will treat DH to every now and again as a change from his usual way of enjoying a wee dram. Thanks!

  4. This was very good! The picture is actually 2 servings in one glass. I used Cutty Shark Scotch because that was what I had on hand. Very smooth. I shook all the ingredients in my martini shaker. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT4.

Melbourne I live on a 5 acre property in the Dandenong Ranges Victoria, Australia, having moved from the burbs when I became pregnant with my now 15 year old daughter Alyssa. Once my daughter was born I became a stay at home mum as I couldn't bear the thought of putting her in daycare. She is the light of my life, I never imagined myself as a mum when younger but now wouldn't have it any other way. Alyssa was made a big sister on the 19th April 2010 when our cheeky little boy Blake was born. I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes so quickly become addicted to Zaar as it was previously known & still use it regularly. In addition to being my kids taxi  I also spend my time, reading, gardening and of course shopping. I'm lucky enough that we have the space & so love growing our own fruits, vegies & herbs, this also means we have plenty of room for animals & at the moment have 2 dogs, Max, a Jackshund who's 6, Fletcher, a Kelpie who's 4, 6 cats Snowpea, Fergus, Ginger, Tango, Annie & Cookie, 4 chooks & 2 Ducks. As well as our pets, we also have a lot of native animals around our area, we have kangaroos, wombats, echidna's, possums as well as rosella's, galah's & Cockatoo's hence the name of where I live..
