- 4 ripe bananas, chopped
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons milo
- 250 ml long-life milk (Dairy Farmers brand)
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- Place bananas, ice-cream, Milo, milk and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
WONDERFUL smoothie to relax with and can be a great breakfast or snack. Good flavor and easy preparation. Prepared as a participant in the 8th Edition of Make My Recipe May 2009.
