ingredients
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 oranges, juice of or 100 ml orange juice
- 4.92 ml honey
- 300 300 ml soymilk (1/2 pint) or 300 ml full-fat milk (1/2 pint)
- 8 ice cubes
- ground cinnamon
directions
- Place the banana, orange juice, honey and milk in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Pour over ice into 2 tall glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.

What a great smoothie! This was the perfect quick, healthy and yummy breakfast! YUM! I left out the honey as my banana was very sweet and used apple juice in place of the orange. Keeper recipe for sure! Just what I have been craving. I peeled the orange and broke into segments and used it that way. I didn't want to waste that fiber. I've never tried that before and it worked great. I also left out the ice. I love that this smoothie isn't overly sweet. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
