Cooked this for my parents - using a rack of lamb and baking on the BBQ - needed extra liquid for the baking but they loved the flavour - and it turned out moist and tender. Thanks for a great recipe Bergy!

Really enjoyed this marinade for our lamb chops. I ended up cooking under the grill (broiler) which is a great way to drain off any fat from lamb. Love the sweetness of the honey. For any Aussie/Kiwi's I used Gourmet Garden's mint out of a tube - Will definitely make again :)

This was a delicious lamb dish. The only adjustment I made was to reduce the oil in the marinade, as I felt there was enough fat on the lamb chops. We will make this again, and I think this would be nice with chicken too.
