Byndii's Rissoles

"I love rissoles, they're easy to make and taste great. And you can pretty much put whatever you want into them!! After much trial and using my family as guinea pigs, I have come up with our family favourite rissole recipe. I hope you like it too :)."

directions

  • Combine the entire lot in a mixing bowl, making sure that it's all very well combined.
  • Form into little meat patties with your hands, mine are usually about half the size of the palm of my hand and 3cm in height.
  • Put a splash of oil of your choice into a frying pan and put on a medium heat.
  • Place the rissoles on the frying pan and cook for about 8minutes each side.
  • Serve with mashed potato, perhaps grated cheese, vegies, a nice Supreme flavoured gravy goes rather nicely as well.

Hullo :) My name is Belinda and I am a 22yr old mummy who lives in Queensland of Australia. I live with my partner and my 3yr old daughter, who both absolutely love my cooking. I've been stalking Recipezaar for years now, and finally bought my own account, YAY. I used to be one of those people who lived in microwavable packaged food, but have since discovered the joys and yumminess of home cooking! I love most food.... but I've recently made a lifestyle change which restricts potato, wheat, and rice in my diet. I look forward to finding masses of low-carb recipes and making my own :-)
