You can't go past this rubbed with olive oil on chicken or pork and grilled or baked or BBQ'd. I make a huge batch using tablespoons instead of teaspoons and keep it in jars or use as part of a Deli Pack to give to friends with a bottle of chilli jam and some other yummy homemade bits!
- 2 teaspoons paprika (Can use a mixture of smoked and normal, sweet or hot)
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, try and get celtic salt as it also contains essential minerals for good health
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Mix well and when ready to use just add a little olive oil. I love it on chicken thighs and baked in oven on rack in roast pan. Hope you love it!
