Carrot and Celery Juice

"A heathly start to the morning. Make this juice after you have drank 2 glasses of water and before you have a cup of tea or coffee. I drink this just about every morning. It gives me a great kick start to the day."

  1. good healthy juice. i skipped the ginger.

  2. Thanks Chrissy! This is my favourite juice combination which I have enjoyed for years. When I was younger, my friends teased me because I loved carrot juice & tomato juice, but they all preferred apple & orange :-) What's special about your recipe is the ginger, it provides a real zip & gets you going in the morning. Thanks for submitting so I could review & save :-)

  3. I am a "juicer" and like this recipe very much. I always use ginger in most of my fruit/vegetable drinks and I doubled the ginger in this recipe right a way. Ginger purifies the blood. Chrissy thanks for posting!

  4. Chrissy gave me this recipe ages ago, when I first got my juicer, and it is great. The perfect pick-me-up to start your day with! I also like to add an apple from time to time...
