- 3 carrots (they're sweeter and juicier) or 6-7 baby carrots (they're sweeter and juicier)
- 150 g silken tofu
- 14.79 ml almond meal
- 14.79 ml rose water
directions
- Juice the carrots. Blend the juice with the silken tofu, almond meal and rosewater until smooth.

July 2008 update: VERY happy to be back on Zaar after about a two year absence due to having had no internet connection at home, and having been too unwell for a time so that getting re-connected wasn't even a priority!
