I've made this a couple of times now, and although I feel the cooking times are a bit out-we cooked ours maybe 8 minutes under the foil, then added the topping and cooked on a further 5 minutes or so-it's more than worth 5 stars, It's a simple, delicous recipe that went straight into our repeatable fish recipes thanks Mandy!

The fish was wonderfully moist but the flavours did not come together for all of us (I used 1 teaspoon of hot madrass curry powder for 4 fillets - maybe a milder curry would be better and not so overpowering). The surprise was DM who normally absolutely hates curry loved it, the DS gobbled his up but the DH and I thought it was o'kay. There was a lot of liquid in the baking dish and the crumbs not as crisp as I thought they would be. Thank you Mandy from Oz for posting, made for Edition 5 - Make My Recipe - a game of tag.

This is absolutely gorgeous and all the family said so from first bite until last. I used cod fillets as I got to the store late tonight and they had sold out of sea bream, but it was still excellent and one I will definitely be making often. I have not heard so many wow's over a recipezaar recipe in awhile. I loved that this was so quick and easy to make especially coming in late, perfect recipe!!! Thanks Mandy
