    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius.
    2. 2
      Line 2-3 baking trays with baking paper.
    3. 3
      Spread one sheet of pastry with 1/4 of the vegemite.
    4. 4
      Sprinkle vegemite coated pastry with 1/4 of the cheese.
    5. 5
      Roll up the pastry (like a scroll).
    6. 6
      Cut roll into 12 equal portions and place on prepared trays.
    7. 7
      Repeat above steps with 3 remaining sheets of pastry.
    8. 8
      Brush scrolls with beaten egg.

      Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.

      lovely! I had made the sweet ones before, but this was so simple and delish, I think t will be more popular here... Used Marmite and cheddar cheese. Thanks!
