Very tasty! I didn't have any cashews on hand, so I threw in an extra tablespoon of almond butter (I used water+almond butter for the almond milk). I often buy cashew butter as well, so I'll probably use that in replacement for the cashews in the future. :)

Made it just as written. Tasted good but I couldn't get the cashews to really blend in so it was uncomfortably chunky. Would be a really great drink for those looking to put on weight or needing extra calories.

This is such a wonderful smoothie!!! I originally made it for DH2B for breakfast but ended up drinking his and making another one for him!!! I love the cashews combined with the almond milk. This is a fabulous smoothie!!!

OUTSTANDING!!! I did enjoy this! I made this using my Cherries Poached in Vanilla - Cerises Pochées and Horchata De Almendra (Almond Horchata). Skipped the vanilla because it is in the cherries. Sharon thanks for the goodness.

A very tasty smoothie. I made this for my cancer patient fiance, who has been told he needs to increase his protein intake. Since he loves cherries, this seemed perfect for him. The shake was easy as can be to make, but a little too sweet for my taste, though that may have been because of the sweetness of the cherries I used -- or maybe it was the vanilla (I did think the vanilla flavor overpowered the cherry a bit). My fiance, however, loved it exactly as is...and since many foods do not taste very good to him anymore, a top review from him is really something! Thank you for giving us a recipe that I will make again and again!
