A yummy chicken wrap from Masterfoods.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 pieces lavash bread
  • 14 cup hummus
  • 12 bbq chicken, shredded
  • 1 carrot, peeled & grated
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 13 cup tasty cheese, grated
  • 14 cup sweet corn relish
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard

Directions

  1. Spread lavash bread with hommus, top with chicken, carrot, lettuce & cheese and then corn relish & mustard.
  2. Roll up to form a wrap.

I didn't do the recipe exactly s written, but the end result was delicious and different! Had leftover bbq chicken legs from last night and some roasted garlic hummus I wanted to use up. Instead of using a sweet corn relish, I used the canned southwestern corn. Also didn't use any dressing, felt there were enough flavors as is to save me some calories. The kids loved building their own wrap!
