I discovered this recipe on day one of the rest of my life (my gluten free life). Very good recipe, it was as tasty as any gluten ladened recipe I've tried previously. The rest of my gluten munching family did not notice anything amiss with this recipe. Highly recommended.

Easy and delicious! I had all of the ingredients on hand except for the gluten-free breadcrumbs, so I used panko in its place. My whole family really enjoyed this crispy and flavorful chicken. I loved that it was pretty darn healthy. The parmesan, paprika and parsley give nice flavoring, while keeping it simple. I'm keeping this in my file for those nights when I want a quick dinner that will satisfy everyone. Thank you! ~Made for Oct. Aussie/NZ Swap~

This is really good. Everyone loved it . Even the non gluten free eaters said it was yummy. I did not put the parmesan cheese in it as I avoid dairy. I did add some garlic salt and pepper. I fried it in peanut oil. This will be in my recipe file to make again.

I left out the parmesan since I can't do dairy, but it was still fantastic! Thanks Jubes!!!

This was so good! With all of my food allergies, I was sure I would never get to eat something fried again. I used Ener-G egg replacer instead of eggs and omitted the parmesan. I also added garlic powder and pepper. If I could have bread, I'm sure this would make a great sandwich. I am going to try this recipe with pork and beef. Thanks!

Wow, this was so yummy and so easy. Changes I made was I used an egg replacer and used extra paprika other wise I kept to the recipe. This was so easy my four year old helped me, Little Miss did the last coating and she enjoyed her self so much. The chicken was so tender and so flavoursome, I served it with a quick salad. Thank you **Jubes** for another great recipe
