This was an awesome appetiser! I loved the combination of the earthy raw mushrooms with the sweet chili sauce. So yummy! The ease of preparation also is a big plus. This definitely tastes like more than the 5 minutes prep time. I couldnt find button mushrooms, so I used ordinary white champignons and quartered them. Unfortunately I was out of fresh spring onions, so I used dried. They still added a lovely flavour to the dish. Next time Ill use the fresh ones though, cause Im sure theyll be even better. Oh and I made my own chili sauce using chili paste, cream cheese and spices. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing your recipe with us, djmastermum!
