A fancy and delicious liqueur. A simple to prepare...chocolate fans, and mocha fans will adore this drink. This can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  • 125 g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 tablespoons Kahlua (or any coffee liqueur)


  1. Combine chocolate and cream in pan and heat over low heat till melted and smooth.
  2. Cool the mixture.
  3. Stir through with Kahlua.
  4. Serve neat or over ice.
