directions

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, cooked eggs, cucumber, salt and pepper.
  • At the end mix in the cooked bacon.
  • Makes a good quantity.
  • I make my own pita triangles to serve with it; just delicious. Cut pita bread into triangles with scissors; coat with olive oil and garlic salt; place on an oven tray in a 200 degree Celsius oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.

  1. Made for PAC 2010. Very interesting is how I describe it. I am still am not sure how I feel. I made my early in the am and served it this evening. All was gone which was a great sign. I served it with triscuits and pita chips I picked up at the store. The flavor was good, I just wasn't too sure if I really liked it or not. But obviously it was well liked. Nothing left. Thx for posting

  2. Very interesting and tasty blend of flavors! I omitted the salt (personal preference) and minced a garlic clove for the halved recipe I made. I tried it immediately after making it, and then again after letting it sit overnight. The flavors really intensify and come together with the time to meld overnight. Thanks for sharing! ~PAC Spring '10~
