    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

      Cream butter, sugars and egg together thoroughly.
    3. 3
      Add sifted flour, oats, coconut, wheatgerm and sifted baking powder and bi-carb soda.

      Mix well.

      Stir in raisins.

      Drop spoonfuls of the cookie batter onto lightly greased baking sheets then flatten slightly with the back of a floured fork.

      Bake for 13-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
