Units: US | Metric
- 1Heat oil to 350°F.
- 2Place 2 spring roll wrappers together with corners not matching.
- 3Lower wrappers into hot oil then immediately push soup ladle into center to form a cup.
- 4Cook until golden, lift and drain on absorbent paper.
- 5Allow to cool.
- 6Combine filling ingredients except gherkin. Spoon into crisp basket.
- 7Garnish with gherkin and serve.
