  1. Some friends served these to us recently and we loved it! I was hoping there was a recipe on food.com giving the exact proportions and this does the trick! What a great drink!

  2. Very yummy! I bought a bottle of ginger beer to make a Rachael Ray recipe, came home to find that I already threw out the magazine and that it wasn't yet posted on her website. . .so I looked to Rita for perfection and I found it. I didn't have any candied ginger, so i just cut a few slices of fresh ginger and floated them in the drink. Nice and sweet and spicy and easy going down. Thanks for posting!!!

  3. The iconic drink of Bramuda. Best mixed in a 3 to 5 ration between black rum and ginger beer, ice is superfluous, it melts quickly along with good judgement.
