Some friends served these to us recently and we loved it! I was hoping there was a recipe on food.com giving the exact proportions and this does the trick! What a great drink!
Very yummy! I bought a bottle of ginger beer to make a Rachael Ray recipe, came home to find that I already threw out the magazine and that it wasn't yet posted on her website. . .so I looked to Rita for perfection and I found it. I didn't have any candied ginger, so i just cut a few slices of fresh ginger and floated them in the drink. Nice and sweet and spicy and easy going down. Thanks for posting!!!
