    This is from an old issue of Australian Good Taste, only minimal ingredients which is why it caught my eye. I haven't tried it so let me know what you think!

      Preheat oven to 180.C.

      Melt butter & marmalade together in a microwave safe bowl for approx 2 mins on high.

      Stir in oats & nuts and press into a 20cm square lined & greased cake pan.

      Bake for 35-40 mins or until golden.

      This tasted like sunshine. Keep coming back to this recipe because the ingredients are all things we love and DH loves baked oatmeal and oatmeal cookie so figured that we should give this a try. Easy Oat Slice is very easy and very tasty. The oats, walnuts, and orange marmalade all work well together to give it that bright sunshiny taste. How ever it is also very crumbly. Next time will try using some kind of binder such as egg. Aging very taste and very crumbly.
