  1. i thought this was an awesome cocktail! unfortunately, my sugar cubes were thrown out a while ago without me knowing so i had to use a spoonful of regular sugar, and i thin i got a little heavy with the framboise liquor, but all in all i thought it was a GREAT tasty drink! i loved it! so classy and tasty! made for recipe swap!

  2. I love this drink...I use Chambord a brand of raspberry liqueur and omit the sugar cubes - I also use a good quality champagne (Veuve Clicquot) I do wish I wasn't expecting, because now I really want one!

  3. A double celebration this Thanksgiving. Not only are we thankful for our health and happiness, but we toasted the birth of our Great-Granddaughter Olivia. Weighing in at 6lbs 9oz as the sun rose that morning, she will always be our little turkey and for our family only this wonderful champagne cocktail has become "the Olivia".

  4. Another good champagne drink. Again, celebrating the birth of my 9th grandchild, I tried different champagne drinks. I love raspberry and added a couple to the drink. Sorry, they didn't work in the pic, lol. Thanks again Jewelies!

  5. I scaled this down to serve one but instaed of raspberry liqueur used raspberry syrup as that's what I had on hand, left out the sugar due to the sweetness of the syrup. A really nice change from plain champagne, thanks. Made for ZWT III.
