I was surprised this isn't on Zaar, this is quite a popular cocktail in most bars in Australia, gorgeous purple colour when it's made too.
- 30 ml Midori melon liqueur
- 30 ml Cointreau liqueur
- 30 ml blue curacao
- 90 ml pineapple juice
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 dash grenadine
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Sister#2 walked home after a couple. I fear her roaming around, wreaking havoc on unsuspecting neighbors.
This is so good. Very fruity, not too sweet. It's hard to know there is booze in it LOL I used a big dash of lemon juice. Maybe that's why I didn't find it too sweet. Thanks Mandy :) Made for the Saucy Senoritas of ZWT5
