  • Cream butter and ginger for 4 minutes Add brown sugar and beat inches
  • Sift dry ingredients and add to butter mix.
  • Mix hot water and bicarb and add.
  • Fold chopped chocolate.
  • Chill for 2 hours and the roll into balls.
  • Refrigerate again for at least ½ hour. Roll in sand sugar and bake at 160C for 12-15 minutes.
