- 1 kg minced meat
- 59.14 ml sweet chili sauce
- 59.14 ml tomato sauce
- 59.14 ml steak sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 grated zucchini
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- puff pastry
- egg wash (egg mixed with a little milk)
directions
- Mix the first 9 ingredients.
- Place in rows along pastry.
- Seal with egg wash and brush on top.
- Cut to desired size placing fork holes in each one.
- Bake in 180 oven (fanforced) 200c (normal oven) for 25 – 35 minutes.
