  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12-1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 banana, sliced (or mashed)

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk & honey until combined.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, pour in egg mixture & sprinkle with banana.
  3. Cover pan & cook on moderate heat until underside is browned.
  4. Place pan under a hot grill (broiler) to cook the top and serve.
