450g of unsalted cashews equals about 1 pound and 180 degrees C is about 356 degrees Farenheit. I cooked these about 20 minutes to get them roasted and non-sticky. I also heavily salted them when they first came out of the oven.

These are very tasty, but the coating didn't really want to stay on the nuts. They still tasted great! I had to let mine cook about twice as long, even though I halved the recipe. Had to come back and upgrade my rating. After sitting overnight in an airtight container, they weren't too stick at all. Not all of the coating adhered to the nuts, but the taste was great! Thanks for sharing.

Delicious and SO EASY! As my cashews were salted, I only use 1 tsp of flaked sea salt, and that worked perfectly. Make sure you don't let them bake too long (it only takes s couple of minutes!), as they can turn too dark quickly! Yum! Thanks, Mandy! These are on the top of my favourite nuts list! Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

I LOVE this recipe, problem is once you start eating you cant stop! I didn't have cayenne pepper so substituted with a mix of chili powder, smoked paprika and a couple of ground up sichuan pepper corns and the result is a smoky sweet zing...YUM

Very tasty, although they were also spicier than I expected, so I would reduce the cayenne pepper by half for a mild kick, as we have begun toning down our spice intake. Non-seniors, these will go great with beer. I was happy not to be overwhelmed by salt. Thanks for posting, **Mandy**. Made for 1-2-3-4 Hit Wonders.

These cashews nibbles were a HUGE hit with the guys over Christmas Day. They ate every last cashew over the course of the afternoon. I roasted them in a 350 F oven for about 15 minutes because they were not done in 10 minutes but now I realize that I was off on my conversion of oven temp by a bit which probably is why. They remained fresh and non-sticky all day. We loved the spice kick behind the sweetness! Thanks for sharing. I'm glad I tagged you in 123 Hit Wonders! :)

I love these!! A sweet and spicy combo is always good. I cooked mine for about 3 minutes longer and I didn't have any sticky situations. These would make a great add in to a gift basket. Thanks so much for posting! Made for 12 Days of Christmas recipe swap.

These were VERY easy to make and extremely tasty, we loved them! I made them to take to a friend's house for pre-dinner nibbles. The flavour was amazing, but I am not sure if they should have remained as sticky as they did - they were very sticky even after I had stored them in an airtight tin, after cooling and before serving. This did NOT take away from the taste however, and they were gobbled up quite quickly - you DO need napkins handy however! Made as a Thank You for MsSally Fairy Dust Tag in Holiday Tag - thanks Mandy for a lovely apero snack! FT:-) (No photo - I did not take a camera with me, sorry!)
