1. The temperature for this guide is too high and the macadamias were burnt in 10 minutes! 250f/120c is more appropriate.

 2. I used foil and 10 mins and they came out perfectly so did the pecans and the walnuts. Very happy last batch i tried with out a recipie didnt come out as well.

 3. Kat, this recipe is just wonderful! It works like a charm and the nuts come out perfectly roasty with this yummy intense flavour! Mmmm!
I have roasted macadamia nuts before, but it was always a process in which I had to check the oven frequently to make sure they didnt burn. Well now I can sit back and relax while I trust the oven to do a very fine job at the temp and in the time you have provided here in this recipe. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing with us! :)
Made and reviewed for Newest Zaar Tag Game July 2010.

I'm a now vegan who used to make one heck of a souvlaki. I love cooking, I was a huge fan of Moosewood and Molly Katzen prior to going vegan (although that has nothing to do with my choosing the name Katzen - that's just what my German Grandma has called me all my life.) Aside from cooking, I also love scuba diving, cycling, politics, and reading.
