Make and share this Iced Chocolate recipe from Food.com.
- In a saucepan combine first 3 ingredients with a small bit of the milk, to form a lump free paste.
- Add rest of the milk and bring to boil,.
- Remove and let cool.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve in a large glass with ice cream and whipped cream sprinkled with grated chocolate.
- Can easily be double, tripled, etc.
