  • FYI, she ground a beef shoulder roast in her food processor and it was awesome. I wonder if a butcher would do it for those who don't own one.
  • Combine everything except the steamed carrots and mashed potatoes. Cook in a 9 x 13 pan at 375°F for 30 minutes.
  • Layer vegetables over cooked meat.
  • Cover everything with mashed potatoes. Cook at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
