Jumbles Cookies

If your kids enjoy cooking let them create these fun Jumbles. They're guaranteed to be eaten quick smart!

• Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 20

• 125 g butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup candy-coated chocolates
• 1/2 cup peanuts, blanched lightly toasted
• 1/2 cup chocolate piece

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy, add egg and mix well.
3. Add sifted flour, baking powder, sweets, peanuts and chocolate bits.
4. Roll teaspoonful balls of dough and place on a cool tray, flatten a little with a fork dusted in flour.
5. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
6. Allow jumbles to cool on a rack and then store in an airtight container.
