This was so easy and delicious. I made it to use up some ingredients I already had in my pantry & freezer. I made a couple of really minor changes. For the pasta sauce, I used a regular sized jar of Dolmio Red wine pasta sauce, and used equal parts water. Also, I used 6 forequarter chops, and I cooked it in the crock pot (slow cooker). It was great, just threw all the ingredients in the pot, and left it for the day! :)

I really like this recipe. So smiple to make, and yet it tastes great.. The meat does fall right off the bone..This is definitely a keeper.
