We really enjoyed this recipe. I cooked it in the crockpot using a tin of tomato soup and also added a handful of mushrooms. After a day at the Janolan caves in the Blue Mountains, this was an amazing meal to come home to. Thanks Mummamills for a keeper for our family.

I made this in a frying pan using shoulder blade lamb chops. I seasoned it with herbes de Provence because I was out of rosemary and figured it would be a good substitution since it contained some rosemary. I used a can of diced tomatoes with roasted red peppers. The meat came out very mosit and tender. I served it with Whole Roasted Shallots and Potatoes With Rosemary, Whole Roasted Shallot and Potatoes with Rosemary. I'm looking forward to trying it in the crockpot.

Made as written using a can of tomatoes. This is real comfort food on a cold night. Served with lightly steamed & buttered silverbeet and smashed potatoes ( microwaved potatoes, flattened with masher and sprinkled with garlic pepper & garlic salt and sprayed with olive oil and baked in oven 200'C for 15mins).

Excellent! I didn't use green peppers because I don't like them (& I didn't have any). I used dried rosemary & a can of diced tomatoes. This is a very simple recipe that has a lovely taste. My whole family enjoyed it & I will be making it many a time!

This was a very tasty easy simple meal to make with ingredients I had on hand and turned out a lot more flavoursome than I thought it would taste. I used red capsicum instead of green peppers and a can of chopped tomatoes instead of juice thanks for a great recipe

This is a tasty and delicious crockpot meal. ! It is a dish with plenty of sauce. It is a lovely combination of rosemary, tomatoes, onion and lamb chops. I trimmed as much fat from the chops as I could. I recipe that I will use often.
