Yummy! I used lamb T-Bones, which I marinated for about 10 hours before tossing on the grill. The flavor of the lemon is just wonderful, a great complement to the natural flavor of the lamb. I love how simple this is, easy enough to put together before work; and a great dinner waiting when I get home :)
I used lamb forequarter chops for this recipe, and let it marinade over night.
The only change I made was to use fresh oregano instead of dried and DS & DH said
"They loved the flavours of this marinade". I do not eat lamb, and am going on their opinion's, and believe me if they comment it must be good.
A very simple and easy marinade to make, with ingredient's that I usually on hand.

This recipe is very similar to one that I found in Cooking Light. My family loved this simple but easy marinade that was a snap to make up. The only changes I made was that I added 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper to the marinade. I served this with grilled baby red potatoes and roasted asparagus. This recipe is definately a keeper!!
Very easy to make and very similar to one of my recipes which I had forgotten about until I went to file this one.......no wonder I enjoyed it...LOL :) I add lots of freshly ground black pepper and some salt. Cheers :)
Really nice and quick lamb marinade! I used lamb rosettes and served along with a salad, a really great idea for your next BBQ.
