      We love couscous and I'm a real fan of having a selection of salads ready to go in the fridge. Good taste but I thought overall the mixture was a little dry. I can imagine a little lime vinaigrette stirred through would really bring this salad to life. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap October 2012.

      Love it. Was my first time cooking couscous and turned perfect.I didn't have coriender at home and I used cilantro instead and is very taste. Thank you for that recipe.

      This was a great side dish to go with my super-spicy main dish. The flavor was light, refreshing, and cooling, and it was hardly any work to make. My cilantro plants are really rocking this summer, so I will definitely be making this again. Thanks so much for sharing, djmastermum!
