- 118.29 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 small chili pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
- 14.79 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 236.59 ml sea bass, skin removed and diced
- 236.59 ml perch, diced
- 236.59 ml scallops
- 236.59 ml octopus, cleaned and diced
- 1 Spanish onion, sliced finely
- 1 cucumber, cut into matchsticks
- 59.14 ml fresh mint leaves
- 59.14 ml coriander, finely diced
- 59.14 ml parsley, finely diced
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 0 red capsicum, sliced finely
- salt & pepper
directions
- Marinade the fish pieces in the lime for at least 1/2 hour or overnight.
- Mix everything together and make a salad -- enjoy!
