This is a low-fat alternative to use for delicious white sauce, suitable for use with silverside, broccoli and cauliflour
- Melt Butter in Saucepan.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Flour, salt and paprika to form thick paste.
- Slowly mix in skim milk, briskly whisking to prevent lumps.
- Put pan back on low heat, stirring until sauce thickens.
