Lychee Cocktail

"A lychee liquor, vodka and citrus juice combination. Use Paraiso or Soho Lychee Liquor. The measurements can be altered to suit your taste or glasses being used."

• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 2 ounces vodka
• 2 ounces soho lychee liqueur
• 4 ounces citrus juice, -use citrus of your choice (measure juice to fill your glass or to taste)
• crushed ice

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with crushed ice.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of citrus (orange, lemon, lime).
