      Looking for some new appetizers for my summer weekends I gave this one a go - loved it! Wonderfully flavourful and makes for great presentation - so looking forward to serving it to family and friends. Just know it's going to be a big hit. Made for the Auz/NZ Swap

      WOW! Simple to prepare and very tasty prawns. Made with written ingredients except I cooked them on a grill pan for a few minutes and it worked perfectly. The flavours were Moorish and I could easily ate the whole servings. I marinated the prawns for about 6 hours. Served them with dirty rice and creamy salad. Thanks **Jubes** for another fantastic recipe.

      I doubled this recipe so I'd be sure to have enough to include on a finger food buffet for a group I host, & these were definitely a big hit! Loved the flavors here & will keep this recipe for future reference ~ Thanks for sharing it! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Make My Recipe tag]

      Wow Jubes, this was an outstanding marinade. I didn't make it too hot as I don't like chilli, but the shallots and lemon were really outstanding. I loved the blending of the ingredients, it really mixed them and made for an interesting colour! Will be my favourite from now on.

      Yum!!! These prawns were delicious. I followed the recipe (marinated for about 30 minutes) and cooked the prawns on my indoor griddle plate. I served these as an appetizer to Pepper Steak With Port-Wine Mushroom Sauce Thanks Jubes for a wonderful recipe that we will make often!!
