      I loved the ease of this recipe and can see other possible uses for the chessecake filling eg. filling the centre of a Pavlova or filling little pastry cases and putting berries on top :) My nests were small so I had some filling left over. I added a little whipped cream to the mix to lighten and served it over some berries. Yummy :) A keeper for me. Made for Aus/NZ swap November 2009.
