    **Jubes**'s Note:

These are the best brussels sprouts I have ever had. I remember as a child disliking them, and have only tried them again recently. I really enjoy the baby brussel sprouts cooked this way- they are much sweeter than the larger brussels. You can steam the brussel sprouts if preferred

Jubes it does not get any better than this for quick to the able delights. The colors stayed true with the steam from the microwave. Tossed everything over quinoa pasta for myself. Fantastic and so easy. I love the almonds to give that bit of crunch and decadent flavor to these green little morsels. I had to cook mine for 8.5 min in a 900 watt microwave. I will make these again and again. Made for AUS/NZ Swap 52

I really liked the fact that the almonds browned nicely while being microwaved in the butter. The sprouts took more like 8 minutes to cook through. This is a recipe I will make again. Made for *PAC Fall 2009*

I loved the combination of the almonds, butter and sprouts. This recipe was simple and delicious. The sprouts turned out bright green. Contrary to the dull look they sometimes have when boiling them.. I had to cook mine for 10 minutes. Perhaps my sprouts were a little larger than Jubes. I will make these in the microwave again for sure. Thank you for sharing!!
