i am delighted to have found this menu. it was so easy, interesting and tasty. each of my three children asked the following evening if there were any left overs of this dish. my husband and i however had finished it for lunch. a very unusual reaction indeed. thank you

My oh is still talking about how wonderful this tasted. I used organic stock from the farmers market. Thank you for an easy cheap hit. xxxx

Very tasty. The kids loved it (very important). Simple to make, could possibly add stuff like zucchini, capsicum, sweet corn etc.

It was really easy to make. A little sour from the tomato sauce. Could be the brand that I'm using. Had to put in some sugar to balance it out.

The family enjoyed this very much, I only baked it for half an hour as it was brown enough. Will be making it again.

Good recipe. My kids loved it - I'll be making it again. But next time I might use less stock cubes (was it just that the ones I used were very strong?). Also, I chickened out after half the baking time - it seemed brown enough to me after half an hour.
