Being my first experience with ricotta, I found these a bit grainy for my liking, but they were really tasty and easy - so will try with a "smoother" cheese next time as definitely worth another bash more to my liking. Thank you.

I have made these quite a few times already and I'm sure I will be making them for years to come. So easy and delicious. I do find I have to bake them longer than the recipe states, or else they are a bit runny.

8.8 grams of fat??? It was wonderful!!! What a delicious recipe, and a great blend of flavours. I added a wee bit more cinnamon as we just love it here, and these were so good! Tahnks for posting!

Very good and easy. I like ricotta cheesecakes though. i used the muffin tin method and they came out lovely. Thanks for an easy cheesecake fix recipe!

Delicious custardy cake! My kids devoured these! I used the muffin pan, but they were difficult (but possible) to remove, so next time I'll use custard cups. I used granulated sugar; I couldn't tell the difference. Thanks for sharing this yummy dessert!

Very tasty. SO NOT a cheesecake by American standards but very tasty and yummy. Kind of a couscous texture but in a firm cake. Nice flavor!
