potatoes
, cut into wedges, skin on
2 tablespoons
morrocan
seasoning
¼ cup
oil
Directions:

preheat oven to 200°C.

place all ingredients in a bowl.

toss to coat.

line tray with baking paper.

bake until golden and crisp.

After reading Chef floWer's review I used half the oil and found this also was plenty. We served with some sour cream and they were enjoyed for our dinner as a side to some grilled chicken breasts. This was delicious side dish with Chef Flower's Cheat Chicken Parmigiana . The wedges came out crispy with full of flavour. I used olive oil but only used half of the written measurements. Thank you djmastermum
